1. Introduction
Welcome to RiskonetAcademy.com. By accessing our website and booking our training courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Riskonet B.V. trading as Riskonet Academy [*Riskonet*].
2.2. Payment must be made in full to secure the booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. We accept payment via Ideal, credit card, EPS, Revolut Pay, Przelewy24, Mobile pay, Bankcontact, sofort and invoice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made at least 10 business days before the course start date will receive a full refund of the value already paid.
3.2. Cancellations made within 10 Business days of the course start date will incur a 50 % cancellation fee, with only 50% of the paid value being refunded.
3.3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date, on or after the course start date.
4. Course Changes
4.1. Riskonet reserves the right to make changes to course content, schedule, and instructors as necessary.
4.2. In the event of a course cancellation by Riskonet, participants will be offered a full refund of values paid, or the option to transfer their registration to another course.
5. Attendance and Conduct
5.1. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
5.2. Riskonet reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the course or fails to comply with these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All course materials provided by Riskonet are the intellectual property of Riskonet and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Riskonet is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Riskonet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands without giving effect to the choice of law rules thereof. Any disputes shall be assigned to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Hague, Netherlands.
